You may eat heavy food in the morning(breakfast) and likewise take heavy meal as lunch but
  Endeavor to only enjoy your supper with light food.

high blood pressure, and obesity... I advise you to take at least any kind of fruits equivalent to 3 oranges daily..

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When u engage in physical activity, u burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories u burn. U don't need to run like Usain Bolt or lifting weight before u can benefits. U can get more active throughout the day in simple ways — by trekking short distance instead of going through means of transportation... If you need an emotional lift? Or you need
